About the event
This class will take you on a journey to not only learn the basics of how labor and birth work, but also how your body, mind, and emotions are woven together, and how having this understanding can create a more positive, empowering birth experience for everyone. Connect with other couples as we go on an epic adventure together through the labyrinth of labor and birth!
Inspired by a variety of childbirth education models, this eclectic class is designed to be accessible to all kinds of learners. It is centered around storytelling and utilizes intentional activities to help solidify the information and deepen the impact. This one-day, all-day course will include a potluck lunch and plenty of opportunities for movement and rest.
Limit four couples per session.

Registration is for one pregnant participant plus one support participant. Participants are also asked to bring a potluck dish to share for lunch.
