Classes

Epic Birth

This one-day class has been developed in the style of storytelling to help connect you and your partner to the birth process as well as to each other. We use a variety of activities and modalities to explain the birth process, discuss comfort measures, and prepare mentally and emotionally for the adventure ahead.

The class is scheduled when two or more couples express interest. Participants are given a $25 discount for referrals. Contact Grace for more info and/or to register for the next class.
